Meet Bradley

I am a life-long Texan. I have grown up in central Texas. I left just long enough to graduate for Texas A&M University. After graduating I moved back to the Temple-Belton area. I started in Real Estate in 2005, not knowing how much I would truly enjoy it. I still remember the first couple that I worked with. They were a young Army family. He was being transfered to Fort Hood and she came down to find a house for them. She had found several homes on the internet, but when we went to look at them she was so dissappointed. At the end of the day she felt very discouraged, but I had listened to her and talked to her as we looked at different homes and I had a pretty good idea of what they were wanting and needed for their family. I went to work that evening and by the next day I had a good list of homes for us to look at. After seeing a few of them she began to regain her hope of finding a good home. We did in fact find one that she loved and was priced right for them. We made the offer and after a brief negotiation we had a deal. We closed on the house and they were incredibly happy. I felt the same way. Being able to help a young family purchase their first house was a better feeling than I ever expected. From that point on I have always enjoyed working with families to find homes or sell the home their own. It's a wonderful feeling when you can take a process that seems over-whelming to them and make it work.
